• Design and implement litigation strategies tailored for the Spanish market. 
• Collaborate with external law firms to enhance the effectiveness of litigation processes. 
• Drive the profitability of Flightrights business through strategic legal initiatives. 
• Spearhead the development and innovation of enforcement procedures. 
• Represent the company in court proceedings in Spain when required. 
• Formulate clear instructions for operational teams to manage individual cases efficiently. 
• Take ownership of high-stakes litigation, overseeing cases from appeals to the European Court of Justice (ECJ). 

• You are a licensed lawyer for the Spanish legal system. 
• You have 2-4 years of active professional experience, including litigation at court. 
• You have an eye for the bigger picture. 
• You are fascinated by strategic thinking. 
• You demonstrate strong communication skills. 
• You work independently, while valuing collaboration with team colleagues as sparring partners.
